Thank you for visiting shopping at alicechanartist.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic U.S. Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

We currently partner with APC Postal Logistics, FedEx, Latvia Pasts, DHL, USPS, and DPD postal services. These are the most reliable global carriers in the marketplace to bring our customers the best offers.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer a weight-based pro-rated shipping rate for both domestic and international shipments.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, legging, etc.), and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.) Then we should add shipping times on top of our fulfillment rate. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 1/2 of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

  • The average USA delivery times: 5-8 business days.
  • International orders from USA: 10-20 business days
  • International orders from Europe: 10-20 business days.

Shipped Separately

Some products might be shipped separately because they are packaged differently due to the nature of their sizes and types. For example, our posters are shipped in packing tubes separate from other apparel products.

Shipment to P.O.Boxes or APO/ FPO addresses

Alicechanartist.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/ FPO/ DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active with 24-48 hours.

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility - keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24-48 hours after a label has been printed.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Alicechanartist.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Our customer is responsible for these fees. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by our customer.

Damages

Alicechanartist.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save and take photos of all packing materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently ship outside the U.S. We offer a flat rate shipping fee for our international orders. An order is sent out with the most affordable available at the time. For international orders, it’s most likely to be shipped out with the (10-20 business days) method.

We do not ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. We ship internationally to most major countries.

Returns Policy

All sales are final. There is no exchange, refunds, or returns due to the nature of our business.
