Volunteer Opportunity Details:

Are you interested in the big Art Next Expo event that only happens once every 2 years in Hong Kong? Are you a White Box Friends member who has some free time to help volunteer and support Alice's work? Do you want a free ticket for this huge Art Next Expo 4 Day Event? We like to offer volunteering opportunities to all the White Box Friends Members.

What a Volunteer will get:

• A FREE 4 day entrance ticket to see the Art Next Expo Exhibition at the PMQ (Only Available for the first 50 signups)
• A FREE Designer Tote Bag of the art next expo event (Only Available for the first 10 signups) Please see below

Volunteer Responsibilities:

• Help assist in setting up or dismantling the booth (**Only applies if you signed up for the setup/ dismantling time slots. Set up Time: Nov 1st, 8 am-11 am, Dismantling Time: Nov 4th, 3 pm-5 pm)
• Greet guests and distribute the business cards and post cards to guests
• Carefully process transactions and report to the artist when paintings are sold
• Try to gather the emails from potential buyers for the artist's newsletter on this website
• Offer good customer support according to our shop policies to potential buyers(***All Sales are Final and Non-refundable and there are no refunds/ returns/ exchanges/ cancellations***) 
• Attach a certificate of authenticity from the artist to the buyers during transaction and gift wrap the art prints/ framed original art work for customers
• All time slots are designed to last 2 hours at a time. If you wish to cancel your time slot, we would need at least 6 hours of notification from prior your appointment

In the meantime, the art next expo is leading the efforts for the artist's promotion and publicity.  In the coming few weeks, you will see our ads on TV, in newspapers and social media, selected UA cinemas as well as on bus panels.  Besides sending the e-catalogue to potential art collectors to give them an early preview of the artworks, the art next are also engaging as many art lovers as possible to Art Next Expo by various means of advertising.

Exciting news! You can get another huge art viewing and wall art/ home decor shopping opportunity to experience Alice's art work among other Hong Kong and international artists in Hong Kong this fall season! Alice's paintings got selected by a juror by the Art Next Expo of 2019 that features emerging artists' work at PMQ, in Central. As a shop that sells online, you get a chance to meet Alice in person and also shop for her limited edition prints that aren't available online if you attend this exhibition. Arrangement of International Artists Awards Judging Process

1. The final judging will be held starting from 11:00 am, on 1 Nov 2019, at the venue.

2. The results of International Artists Awards will be announced during the Expo.
