For Original Works Only, all our prints, such as our poster prints, canvas prints, and framed prints are fulfilled by a reputable international American and European company.
North America: 10-30 business days
Europe: 10-30 business days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-25 business days
Asia Pacific: 10-25 business days
Latin America and the Caribbean: 10-25 business days
We do our very best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
The Artist only uses only highest quality Winsor & Newton or Pro Series Dixie, Pro Series Dixie, Gallery Profile, or Museum Profile art materials, and painted on acid free gallery museum quality canvas.
The paintings are gallery-wrapped and ready to display in the minute that arrives. All our work are perfect gifts for any occasions!
The painting will be shipped and packed professionally. In order to protect your painting we will personally pack your painting with great care using the highest quality, shipping industry approved packing materials.

North America: 3-8 business days (via USPS/ FedEx SmartPost)
Europe: 5-10 business days (without tracking)
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-20 business days(without tracking)
International from the USA: 10-20 business days (without tracking)
International from the Europe: 5-10 business days to Europe; 10-20 business days worldwide
If the buyer entered the wrong shipping address, we cannot redeliver another item to another address unless the customer submits an additional re-ship payment fee, as this is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address. Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Printing facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
If the shipping address is wrong/ insufficient, then the customer is held responsible. Usually, the package is sent back to the return address. However, the packages are sometimes not returned to the sender. In this case, you would have to process a new order to replace the original.
All our buyers are responsible for providing our shop with the correct shipping address. If our buyers provided us with an insufficient/ inaccurate address and the package ended up getting returned to sender/ our manufacturing facility, our shop is not responsible for redelivering the item to the sender if the sender did not reimburse our shop for the additional shipping fee that was incurred to re-ship the item. If the buyer intend our shop to re-ship the item to the correct address, the buyer needs to notify us or respond to us via email within 3 days after the product is marked "delivered" to our facility, or "unclaimed" at our shipping facility if you still want to follow up with your order. Our shop's responsibility to fulfill the order ends after an order is marked as "fulfilled"/ "delivered" by the postal service's tracking information. If you have any questions regarding the product, you need to notify us within 3 days after the product has been delivered. Otherwise, we assume that you are satisfied with the product after the 3 day grace period has been passed and our shop will not have the responsibility to follow up with the order if the buyer did not follow up/ reply to our emails after that.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. All the items at our shop may be subject to standard duty/ import fees based on our customer's specific country codes. Our customers are responsible for the duty/ import fees and taxes for all their items.
All sales are final and non-refundable
There are no return/ exchanges once the purchase is made.
We reserve the right to make the final decision in case of any dispute in any of our transactions.
* Keep in mind that all computer/ mobile phone monitors/ screens display color spectrum differently, so your final print may vary slightly in color from the image you see on your phone/ monitor/ laptop display screens.*

CAUTION: The purchase of the art prints or the original art work does not grant the buyer the transfer of the copyright of the artist for commercial use or any form of reproduction. The product of the art prints/ original art works is intended for personal use only. Buyers/ anyone viewing this website cannot scan/ re-scan any of our online images/ art prints for commercial distribution or consumption. Any infringement of copyright of the artist's works is not allowed/ tolerated and will be prosecuted.

Prohibited Activities. You agree that in connection with your use of the Service, you will not:
(i) use the Alice Chan Art's name, logo, trademark or branding in a way that confuses people about your affiliation or relationship with Alice Chan Art;
(ii) use the Service for any unauthorized purpose including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of other users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or other electronic communications, or engaging in unauthorized framing of, or linking to, the Service without our express written consent;
(iii) transmit chain letters, bulk or junk email or interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service or the networks or services connected to the Service, including without limitation, hacking into the Service, or using the system to send unsolicited or commercial emails, bulletins, comments or other communications;
(iv) impersonate any other person or entity, provide false or misleading identification or address information, or invade the privacy, or violate the personal or proprietary right, of any person or entity;
(v) use the Service for purposes of advertisements or solicitations for jobs or employment, or otherwise use the Service to hire any person to perform work, including, without limitation, posting advertisements or solicitations for modeling jobs or talent or talent scouting positions on the Service;

If you access or use any of the Alice Chan Art's social media pages on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram or YouTube, or post any reviews or comments regarding your use of the Service on these social media services or other third party websites, we ask you to follow the following guidelines:
(i) Please be polite and courteous. Excessive name calling, profanity, fighting words, discriminatory epithets, sexual harassment, bullying, gruesome language or the like, are not acceptable.
(ii) All postings should come from a real person. We will delete any postings from our social media pages that we believe have come from fake or anonymous profiles.
(iii) Please verify that all information submitted is accurate and factual. Negative comments and complaints posted by you could be construed as claims about Alice Chan Art or an individual and may be subject to libel laws and other legal claims.
